Surya Shakti

About this practice

When we say Surya, we're talking about the Sun – the basic powerhouse of the planet. Life on Earth is solar powered, including the human system, and Surya Shakti is a way of working with that energy to support physical and mental wellbeing. An 18-step sequence powers up the system in a balanced way, drawing from the same lineage as Surya Kriya, but with a greater focus on the physical aspect.

This practice is flexible in how much time you commit. You can start with a minimum daily practice and gradually build up the number of cycles over time.
