Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data is processed when you visit this website and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Contact and registration forms
When you use the contact, registration, waitlist or request forms, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and to organise your participation in our programs. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (responding to enquiries).
Form submissions are stored in a spreadsheet operated with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may transfer data to servers outside the EU; such transfers are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses. We keep form data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or participation, and delete it when it is no longer required.
3. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process your contact details and the content of your message solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR).
4. Embedded YouTube videos (two-click solution)
Some pages contain YouTube videos. For your privacy, these are not loaded automatically: you first see a preview image stored on our own server, and a video is only loaded from YouTube after you actively click it. We use YouTube’s extended data protection mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you click, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google/YouTube. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
5. Map
The map shown on the contact page is a static image stored on our own server; no data is transmitted to a map provider when viewing it. If you click the map, you leave this website and open Google Maps in a new tab; from that point, Google’s privacy policy applies.
6. Cookies, analytics and fonts
This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics services, and does not display advertising. Fonts are stored on our own server; no connection to third-party font services is made.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the LfDI Baden-Württemberg (www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).
8. Updates
We may update this privacy policy when the website or legal requirements change. Last updated: July 2026.
