About

Underneath the noise of thoughts, tasks, and the pace of daily life, there is a natural ease, in the body, and in the mind, that often gets buried under everything else. Yoga Namana is a space to return to that ease, through Classical Hatha Yoga, rooted in the yogic sciences as taught by Sadhguru. These practices are designed to support physical wellbeing, mental clarity, and inner balance in everyday life.

About Me

I trained in 2017 by Sadhguru Gurukulam at Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, through an intense, rigorously structured, and meticulously crafted 1750 hours of Classical Hatha Yoga teacher training program shaped directly by Sadhguru’s guidance. Since then, I’ve taught across multiple cities in India, workshops, retreats, and regular classes, before moving to Stuttgart in 2023, where I continue to teach. Over these years, I’ve guided more than 1500 students through over 150 workshops.

Our classes are intentionally kept small so that each person receives individual attention and guidance.

With unwavering commitment to this ancient yogic science, I continue to guide students, and every session is an opportunity to help someone discover the transformative power of Classical Hatha Yoga.

About Sadhguru

Sadhguru is a realized yogi and mystic – a man whose passion spills into everything he encounters. With a keen mind, balanced by a heart that knows no boundary, his presence creates an extraordinary opportunity to break through limitations into one’s natural state of freedom, love and joy.

Sadhguru, named one of India’s 50 most influential people, has deeply touched the lives of millions worldwide through his transformational programs. Sadhguru has a unique ability to make the ancient yogic sciences relevant to contemporary minds, acting as a bridge to the deeper dimensions of life. His life and work are constant reminders that the inner sciences are not outdated philosophies, but rather vitally relevant to our times. His approach does not subscribe to any belief system, but offers methods for self-transformation that are both proven and powerful.

Dedicated to the physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing of humanity and gifted with utter clarity of perception, Sadhguru possesses a perspective on life and living that never fails to intrigue, challenge and surprise all those he encounters.

My journey with Isha Hatha Yoga

My introduction to Isha Yoga happened unexpectedly. A friend once shared a short video of Sadhguru explaining the significance of staying awake on Mahashivratri. What struck me was the clarity and logic with which he spoke – something I had never encountered before.

This curiosity led me to explore more of Sadhguru’s teachings and eventually to the Inner Engineering program. It offered me a new perspective on life, not as a belief system, but as an inner technology for wellbeing.

Yoga practice session with Yoga Namana

When I later experienced Isha Hatha Yoga, I was deeply moved by the precision and structure of the practices. The 1750-hour residential teacher training at the Gurukulam became one of the most significant phases of my life, allowing me to experience myself at my physical, mental, and emotional peak.

I never planned to become a yoga teacher. Teaching emerged naturally from my own experience of what these practices made possible. The stability and ease they brought into my life felt too valuable to keep to myself.

Through Yoga Namana, my intention is to create a space where these classical yogic practices can be learned and integrated into everyone’s life.
